Identifying common tasks and activities of the storage administrators and knowing how to efficiently perform them on a day-to-day basis is essential.
This Intermediate course provides an overview of Hitachi Ops Center Suite, such as Ops Center Administrator, Analyzer, and Protector, to help the storage administrator complete the activities as follows:
Storage Provisioning
- Allocate storage resources to servers, applications, and users as needed.
- Manage storage capacity.
- Expand existing volumes.
Data Backup and Recovery
- Allocate storage resources to servers, applications, and users as needed.
- Ensure that regular backups and replication activities are scheduled and completed successfully.
- Test and verify data restoration processes to guarantee data recoverability.
Additionally, hands-on lab activities enable you to gain practical experience and knowledge about administering and provisioning using Hitachi Ops Center suite products.
