Course Information
This professional course provides detailed procedures for installing and supporting Hitachi NAS Platform (HNAS) node systems. It introduces HNAS models, focusing on installation and support requirements. Performing common maintenance tasks, such as the physical replacement of Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) and executing firmware upgrades on all HNAS modules, will be covered in the lab sessions.
Additionally, there are extensive hands-on lab sessions to help you become familiar with both the equipment and functions of the HNAS models. This is followed by an initial installation of the complete system and creating a clustered environment. The course material and lab activities are based on firmware version 14.3.7221.xx, also referenced as Duck-3.

Depending on the location and course delivery format, this closed-book, proctored qualification test may be offered and administered by the instructor at the conclusion of this course, using the Kryterion Webassessor system. It is also available online (online proctored) and at Kryterion testing centers (onsite proctored).
