IMPORTANT: This course is best suited for those new to Hitachi Ops Center Administrator and who have not completed Managing Hitachi Ops Center Administrator – TSI2929.

This intermediate course provides information about administration and provisioning tasks using Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform (VSP) 360 Fleet Management section. These tasks include storage setup and configuration (onboarding and discovering storage).

The course introduces essential tools and features that Storage Administrators need to effectively manage daily operations, features like Server Group and provisioning workflow for creating and protecting volumes. Describing the storage fundamentals, such as creating parity groups, pools will still be available in the course contents.

The course also explains how to manage and monitor storage from Hitachi VSP 360 Dashboard.

Additionally, hands-on lab activities enable you to gain practical experience and knowledge about administering and provisioning using Hitachi VSP 360 Fleet Management.
