Course Information

This course covers the use of Hitachi Universal Replicator (HUR) in two and three data center (2DC and 3DC) configurations, as well as the Universal Replicator Delta Resync function in a global–active device environment. The participants will learn how to set up a HUR configuration using CLI, Storage Navigator, and Hitachi Ops Center Protector software.

Additionally, hands–on lab activities enable you to gain practical experience and knowledge about setting up and using HUR, 3DC, and 3DC Delta Resync on Hitachi Virtual Storage Platforms.

This course also prepares you for the following Hitachi Vantara Qualified Professional qualification test:
• Hitachi Vantara Qualified Professional – Universal Replicator management (HQT-6714)

Depending on the location and course delivery format, this closed-book, proctored qualification test may be offered and administered by the instructor at the conclusion of this course, using the Kryterion Webassessor system. It is also available online (online proctored) and at Kryterion testing centers (onsite proctored).
