Description:
The service is focused on enterprise solutions that require in depth analysis and verification of non-standard configurations, mainly due to their complexity and large number of interconnections.
The procedure begins with analysis of customer’s enquiry. The analysis identifies the basic parameters and specifies all other technologies that may be employed when implementing the proposed solution. When searching for the best fitting configuration, the existing equipment and mutual compatibility of systems is taken into consideration as well as the supposed future state of the system and impact of changes on performance and functionality of the solution.
In each complex infrastructure there are certain parts that are problematic in terms of compatibility. Competency center specialists will suggest configurations, drivers and patches that will minimize these problems connected with implementation and future operation of the solution.
On the basis of our extensive experience the conditions for the installation and implementation are specified and it is possible to use them for project preparation or demand management. The analysis will also provide all necessary data needed for provision of schedule draft and recommendations regarding the installation procedure. Competency center provides a possibility to test and verify the proposed solution using MHM equipment. Creating a test environment enables us to identify potential problems and gives us an opportunity to solve them even before the first steps to order the equipment and start the implementation have been taken.

Compatibility Testing
Description:The proper functionality of all parts of an infrastructure is a prerequisite for its successful development. Computing centers often consist of technology of varying age and from different manufacturers. Each new device or software implementation increases the complexity of the system and can cause instability especially in terms of poor compatibility of all employed components. The service of Compatibility testing aims to verify compatibility of the proposed solution and when needed, suggest such adjustments that would minimize problems connected with implementation or future operation of the solution. The testing is being held in MHM competency center where it is possible to verify functionality using MHM equipment.

Customer's environment simulation
Description:The best way how to demonstrate the benefits of the selected solution is to simulate the behavior of the proposed technology in an environment, which is as similar to the environment of a customer as possible. Only the well conducted simulation can reveal how the individual products will work in actual operation. That is the reason why we offer the possibility to compile so-called pilot solutions at our competency center and verify the properties of the system in practice. Functionality of the solution can be verified directly on application the customer uses.
